ROLE SNAPSHOT Newly created IT Infrastructure Administrator, responsible for the management, maintenance, administration, patching, and support of the company's internal network systems infrastructure. You'll have a clear career path as the role will grow horizontally and expand overtime. Work inside an internal IT team of ~15 and enjoy the variety of BAU support as well as the delivery of various infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: Manage, monitor, maintain, and administer Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, hybrid Exchange. Administer Microsoft 365 tenancy. Networking - manage, monitor & update network devices, including firewalls & network switches. Manage & deploy patching, firmware and security updates. Cybersecurity - implement & maintain tooling and cybersecurity controls aligned to ISO 27001. Assist with the administration of private cloud infrastructure (VMware). Troubleshoot, determine root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues. Assist with escalated IT Support queries as needed. Delivery of IT infrastructure project including upgrades, migrations, deployments etc Full time in office role . REQUIRED SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL QUALITIES Suitable for an IT Infrastructure generalist with a competent Windows System Administration skills experience with layer 2 networking. Ideal for a 'techy at heart' who can clearly communicate and proactively takes the initiative for self-study / upskilling. The following is required: Proven Windows System Administration skills inside mid-sized yet complex environments. Strong M365 admin & support experience. Good experience & understanding of Layer 2 networking. Firewall management experience. Security-first mindset and cybersecurity experience. Ownership mentality and a desire to help others. Demonstrate logical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn, prove yourself then expand your responsibilities. Corporate presentation with clear confident communication and comprehension skills. Comfortable working full time in the office . This is a full-time permanent role offering up to $140,000 - $160,000 (including super) bonus potential - depending on experience.
